This place suits me perfectly with free parking, a great bar/lounge area, and welcoming staff. I remember my first stay when staff helped me with an insect bite. I highly recommend enjoying the roast dinner on Sundays!

For a quieter experience, ask for a room not above the bar, as live music can be quite loud.

Great location and clean room, but the breakfast didn't match the overall quality.

The Full English breakfast was a delight, and the dinner options didn't disappoint either. The staff were super friendly, making us feel at home! Plus, the location is a major win for getting around Cambridge with all the local gems nearby.
The busy road outside can get a bit noisy at times. The quirky room layout was charming but not ideal, and while the bath was fine, it wasn't anything to write home about.

comfortable stay but some minor issues
The room had impressive high ceilings and accommodated our family with three proper beds, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and ensured we felt welcome throughout our visit.
The walk to the town center felt a bit long, especially after a tiring day.

Friendly staff made checking in easy. The pub had great live music one night. Traffic noise from the main road was a bit much.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored the local area and visited some great pubs. The beds were super comfy, and it was nice to have a hot shower after a long day. The location was perfect, close to the train station, and the staff were super friendly. A lovely touch was the tea and coffee supplies in the room!
One small thing, there wasn't any liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom, just a bar of soap. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it would’ve been more convenient.

Perfect for families with children
The free breakfast was not just any breakfast. it was a feast, and I had unlimited coffee – you can't underestimate that when you have kids running around. Plus, the location was top-notch, just a few minutes walk from all the action, made everything easier while dragging the family along.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but honestly, for the quality and service, I’d say it was worth it.

A Mixed Experience with Promising Potential
While the Economy Double Room showed signs of age, the staff were accommodating and friendly. I appreciated the on-site pub for a casual meal, though securing entry can be tricky. A tip for other guests, check room amenities upon arrival to avoid confusion!
